okay, we need to get a schedule for gatherings (and half-moon gatherings for medicine cats by extension).
every two weeks in real time is equivalent to one moon in the role play. this roll over is on sundays.
the immediate option may seem to be gatherings every two sundays, however there are some issues with this, so here are the options we have with an explanation:

- every two weeks: this keeps the gathering consistent with how much characters age. however, this may make gatherings too frequent in comparison to the amount of things that have happened in the role play since the previous one. timing would line up, but they may become too repetitive. medicine cat meetings would be every other week.
- every month: this would allow for more to happen in the role play and spread the gatherings out, but it would mean characters will have aged 2 moons since the last gathering. medicine cat meetings would be every two weeks.
- other: please give us a suggestion for another way to go about the gatherings.
