Agender RiverClan Medicine Cat of 49 Moons
Serious and distant, Spiderleaf often gives off an air of arrogance in spite of their intentions. They tend to distance themself from others, preferring solitude over company, always quick to end conversations when they must interact with their clanmates. They speak in brusque tones and are efficient with their words. They take care of their clanmates, but they don't seek out friendships. It isn't that Spiderleaf views themself as above their clanmates; they simply are uninterested in and exhausted by socializing. They stick to their duties and their den.
While Spiderleaf may have a harsh appearance, they are concerned with the wellbeing of their clan. Spiderleaf will not sugarcoat their words, but they do know when to speak more gently to younger or nervous cats, and they know when to be stern. Spiderleaf has no time for nonsense with those who refuse to be checked after battle or for small ailments.
Spiderleaf takes pride in their work, highly dedicated to their craft and steadfast in keeping their den stocked at all times. They are determined to treat even the smallest of injuries within their clan, wanting to keep RiverClan in peak condition.
While not especially skilled in combat, Spiderleaf is a lithe and quick fighter. Their swimming skills are average for a RiverClan cat.
Born to Rookheart and Yewstream, with two other kits, Spiderleaf was uninterested in fighting. They knew as a kit that they wanted to be a medicine cat. They didn't realize how badly they wanted to until they finally became an apprentice and began to learn under Goosestripe, the medicine cat before them. During their apprenticeship, their sister, Heronpaw, was heavily injured against rocks in a strong current. They and their mentor were unable to save her, solidifying Spiderleaf's resolve as a medicine cat.
