these cats are from the inactive accounts that did not respond to the activity check. since most of them are high positions, they will have to be changed to regular ranks unless you want to play the character as their original high position, assuming it's not taken. nothing from these bios can be changed, apart from their rank if needed. though of course, if their original player comes back they have rights to these cats over someone who might adopt them.
