Appearance: Wingflight has bright sky blue eyes and a strong lean body. She has long legs and a long tail as well as a long body too.
Personality: Wingflight is a very motherly she cat and loved her mates daughter Falconflight like the she cat was her own kit. She is very patent and loves kits. Wingflight is friendly to those around her and very protective of her family. She was happy to help out her grandkits when their mother dead giving birth to them. Wingflight likes to take walks with her mate and to spend time with him when Fangstar is in the nursery to visit herself or the kits. But if you were to hurt anyone in her family Wingflight with fight like starclan to protect them till her last breath. She can be stubborn sometimes and speaks her mind about something she believes to be true.
History: Wingflight was born to two strong RiverClan warriors who were very loyal. Strangly enough thought Wingflight was a only kit and her parents couldn't understand why. Wingkit was very strong at birth and almost never got sick or was at least lucky enough not to. But her parents weren't that lucky and when a case of green cough come in to RiverClan during her first green leaf at almost six moons old. Wingkit had cought the green cough too, but she got better with the help of RiverClans medicine cat. But Wingkits parents weren't so lucky and both dead a week after getting sick. Wingkit was all alone now and her parents had been the only family she had left. But the leader placed Wingkit in the care of a queen who had lost all her kits to green cough and the two did well when frist meeting. But Wingkit still wanted her own parents to raise her and not another she cat that wasn't her mother. After a while Wingkit got use to the idea of being care for by someone not family. She tried hard to be used of her new mother as others called it. Wingkit came to love the other she cat and even sometimes called her mom. Wingkit could see that being called mom warmed the older she cats heart and they were almost always found together doing something.
Moons seem to past by fast and before Wingkit knew it, it was time for her to become an apprentice. Wingkit was surprised that she was already six moons old and now going to become an apprentice. Wingkit had always seen an apprentice who was only a moon older than herself and hoped they could become friends. Her adopted mothers mate was proud of Wingpaw as the tom felt that she was like his own kit and yet they weren't related by blood at all. It turned out that Wingpaw would be trained by her father and it was great to have someone so close to be her mentor. But one day after it had been five moons since starting her training Wingpaw was in her frist battle during a border patrol. During the fight Wingpaw's mentor/father and adopted mother were both killed by them both falling over a cliff while her mentor was trying to save his mate's life. Wingpaw was heart broken once again and would have been alone throw this pain if the two hadn't had at kit before their deaths. They had a little she kit who was being taken care of by another queen because her adopted mother couldn't keep her milk going even with herbs.
Wingpaw's little sister Birdkit had been born two moon ago and with Wingpaw only one moon from being a warrior the young apprentice hoped to train the little she kit. But now she was the one who was going to have to tell the little kit that her parents had just dead and it almost made Wingpaw cry out. When the patrol finally returned to RiverClan camp Birdkit had ran over to Wing and asked how was the patrol. WIngpaw looked at her adopted sister and a tear ran down her muzzle "Their gone Birdkit" Wingpaw said sadly. The young apprentice watched as her little sister's smile fell to the ground so fast it was like the smile had never been there. Wingpaw watched as tears fell down the kits muzzle in sadness. The young apprentice didn't know what to say to Birdkit so she just wrapped her long black tail around the little kit and hugged her to give comfort. Wingpaw knew that she had to be strong for Birdkit and watch out for her for the two cats who cared for her when Wingpaw had no one. After comforting Birdkit for a while the Leader of RiverClan called a meeting and made an apprentice named Fangpaw a warrior because be had fought well during he battle. But the older apprentice had lost his mentor and yet was still given a new one.
It was long after the apprentice was given a new Mentor as well as Wingpaw that the older apprentice was named a warrior. Wingpaw thought it was a good name for home and hoped that once she came a warrior too that they could be friends. Wingpaw watched as he talk to another warrior named Hawktalon a she cat who Wingpaw had seen him hang around offten. While continuing her training Wingpaw saw that Fangice and Hawktalon became very close. By the time that Wingpaw knew they were mates she was a warrior finally and had been named Wingflight. Wingflght loved her new name and worked hard as warrior. Time past for Wingflight as she watched her Clan mates have familys of their own and she was yet to find a mate. Wingflight saw as Fangice became a father and watched Fangice see his mate die during the birth of the kits. Only one kit had lived and Wingfligt watched after Falonkit sometimes. Before the kits had been born thought Fangice was named the new Deputy. Wingflight talked to Fangice two moons after his mates death to give the tom time to morn the lose of Hawktalon. Before long though they started to hang out and talk about almost everything.
One day they told each others sad story and love seem to blossom from than. Wingflight fell in love with Fangice's kit Falconpaw who was an apprentice by the time they became mates. Wingflight watched with Fangice as Falconpaw became Falconflight a new warrior and as time pasted to see the younger she cat have her own family. But just as the younger she cats mother before her Falconflight dead during the birth of her kits. Wingflight was heart broken as she felt like they had just both lost a kit even if Falconflight wasn't Wingflights by blood. Wingfliht had found out after the kits were born that she was pregnant with Fangstar's kits. Fangice had becom leader after his daughter's death. The Medicine cat gave Wingflight herbs to have her milk come in earily so that Falconflights kits would have something to eat. Wingflight was happy to help out her grandkits and wouldn't have had it any other way.
Relationships: Has no kits of her own yet, Mother is Rainflower(dead), Father is Foxstorm(dead) and has no brothers or sisters. Adopted mother is Moonflower(dead), Adopted father and Mentor is Badgerpelt(dead) and Adopted Sister is Birdpaw(alive). Wingflight is mate to Fangstar and step-mother to his kit Falconflight(dead), grandmother to Bark-kit (grandson,alive), Hollykit(grand-daughter,alive), Lostkit(grandson,dead) and Applekit(grand-daughter,dead)
