Fadinglight/RiverClan/Deputy

*** I hunted around quite a bit for information, but it says RiverClan needs a Deputy? I couldn't find any obvious prerequisites for the task, so if you still need one, I could fill it.

Name: Fadinglight

Gender: She-Cat
Orientation: Panromantic Demisexual
Appearance:  Small but gracefully built, Fadinglight is built much more for speed than for power. She has soft fur that is very water resistant, which rests about medium-length in most spots. She has larger paws than average, which are good for swimming, but got her teased as a kit. She has faint brown markings around her face, tail, and legs, which turn into stripes in certain places; the rest of her fur is a creamy white that she puts great effort into keeping clean (it's very hard to do!). Her eyes are grey-blue, and rounded, while her whiskers are very long and stark white. She has a few bad scars across her hip and one across her nose from some particuarly nasty fights, but the rest of her scars have mostly faded and are practically unnoticeable.

Personality: Fadinglight is a bit sharp-tongued, and isn't afraid to speak her mind. She tends to speak her mind without worrying about offending people, which, as you might have guessed, sometimes offends people. Even so, she is quick to recognize and apologize for her mistakes, even if it's generally in a bit of a backwards way. She has a little bit of a Robin Hood complex, and will often pick fights she can't handle in the name of others (even if they'd rather her not). She thinks she's bigger than she actually is.

When it comes to romance, Fadinglight tends to skirt around it, as most non-platonic affection makes her uncomfortable, especially since she doesn't receive it often. She'd honestly like to avoid it as much as possible, though sometimes her romantic feelings (as with all the rest of her emotions) get out of hand. In any other situation, she's fairly sharp, but when it comes to romance Fadinglight is oblivious and awkward.

She is a strong believer in the Warrior Code, and bases a lot of her personal morals around it. However, she tends to get too caught up in the code, and often overthinks it. Fadinglight also is not terribly well connected to StarClan, though she believes in them. She's just not super concerned with them, is all.

History: Born and raised in RiverClan, her background was fairly standard. She had a good relationship with her parents, though they were a bit distant. She was apprenticed to a senior warrior whom she idolized, and as a young cat tried to emulate them as best she could. She's obviously diverged from her hero-worship phase by now, but she still loves her former mentor with all of her heart. Whispersong became like a father to her, teaching her everything he knew about everything, gossiping with her about rival clans and clanmates alike, and basically being her truest friend. He passed away a few moons ago, and the wound is still fresh.

At her first gathering, Fadinglight (then Fadingpaw) began to show her feisty streak, nearly getting into a fight with a much larger Thunderclan tom. She'd had good intentions of course, but Riverclan ended up leaving early anyway. She continued to get into trouble in such a manner for much of her apprenticeship, though she eventually matured (at least a little bit) and now only gets into trouble half the time.
